- Upon arrival you are welcome from 4 pm and on departure we ask that the rooms are free before 11 am.
- As soon as we have received your reservation (via e-mail), we will send you an e-mail with your holiday period + name of the room or house and total amount. We also ask you to pay an advance payment by bank transfer upon receipt of our confirmation e-mail. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
- Paid advances are NOT refunded, but remain valid for one year so that you can use them for a subsequent reservation.
- We only accept cash payment, no credit cards.
- On arrival guarantee of 250 € issue for the rent of the holiday homes, which after supervision of the property on departure and if there are no defects the amount will be handed back.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the open air, each cottage has an ashtray on its own terrace.
- Tourist tax is included.
- Reservation of 1 person in room: -20 € of the price for 2 people.
- A 3rd person in room: + 60 € per night, including breakfast.
- During HIGH SEASON (July and August) minimum stay of 2 nights.

- Children are under the supervision of parents or adults, we are NOT responsible for any accidents (ponds present on the domain).
- For shopping we are 5km away from Livarot.
